5 Pilares
01
Discipline
We at SEMSA hold players and parents accountable for their decisions. We believe that excellence cannot be achieved without discipline. Players must have the desire and the fortitude to practice discipline and diligence.
02
Humility
We believe that players must be humble and have a willingness to learn.
03
Passion
Players must want to play the game. They must have the desire to learn soccer and must have the desire to be challenged.
04
Repetition
The SEMSA way is the LPR way. The Learn, Practice, and Repeat method is a style that we live by. Practice does not live solely on the field; it lives in the day-to-day choices one makes. We believe that players should learn and practice outside of assigned practice
05
Group Development
We believe that the group method (in which we do not move on until all players that actively partake in practice, understand and can properly perform the learned skill or technique), is the best method to ensuring the effectiveness of development.
