Monthly Classes 

Each month, Sacramento Elite Minor Soccer Academy (SEMSA) offers soccer skills classes for players ages U6–U13 at our locations in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, and Roseville. Our engaging and development-focused program is designed to help players of all skill levels improve their abilities, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Classes are structured to provide a fun, positive, and challenging learning environment where players can grow both technically and personally. Each monthly session includes four 60-minute training classes, led by experienced coaches who focus on age-appropriate instruction and player development.

Throughout the program, players work on key areas such as:

• Passing and receiving fundamentals

• Shooting and finishing skills

• Agility, coordination, and footwork

• 1v1 attacking and defending

• Decision-making and game awareness

• Confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Whether your child is new to soccer or looking to enhance their existing skills, SEMSA's monthly training program provides the foundation needed to succeed and enjoy the game at every level. Our goal is to create confident, technically sound players while ensuring every session is energetic, supportive, and fun.
