(Beginner players are considered players who have never played soccer or participated in a soccer match or have played for less than 1 year.
(Intermediate are players considered to have played soccer for at least 1-2 years. They have familiarity with the sport and have played on either a little league or recreational team. )
(Advanced level players are considered to have played either for a club, academy, pre-academy or traveling based competitive team. These players may have 2-4 years of playing experience. )

By signing this agreement, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the SEMSA Academy. I recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer while participating in the SEMSA soccer program, therefore I release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify SEMSA, their employees and associated personnel including the owners of the fields and facilities utilized for the program, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of his or her participation in the program.
